I had been looking into purchasing a Chevy Malibu for a few months when I saw one online at Tom Gill Buick GMC. After requesting more information, I was in contact with Greg Fails. Greg was very professional and we set up a time for me & my husband to come in for a test drive. When we arrived, Greg had already pulled the car inside, out from the heat to make us more comfortable during the test drive! We told Greg we were interested and informed him we had received a pre-approval for a loan by ourselves. He never once was pushy or demanding on us financing with them (which we really appreciated from prior horror stories at other dealerships). We told him once we had the final approval, we would be in touch. Greg checked in the entire time and offered his assistance if I needed it. When we went to pick up the car, Greg greeted us with a huge smile and hugs! The entire purchasing process went smoothly and we could not have been more impressed.
